What is the processing time?

Processing time can vary between 5 to 30 days for all orders online to be completed. Fabricatist is a hand made store so all items are made upon order hence why the processing time is a little longer than usual. You will receive a email notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number provided and you can track your items here: www.17track.net

How long does shipping take once my order is shipped out?

International standard shipping can take from 2 – 4 weeks.

How are the packages sent?

All Fabricatist items are packaged in a gift box and sent in a parcel post

Is there a tracking number for my order?

All items are tracked and a tracking number will always be provided in an email for you when items are shipped out.

Customs and import taxes

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Fabricatist does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with you order

Lost/ stolen/ damaged orders

99% of the time orders make it fine to the destinations, we use the best shipping method possible for everyone. However in rare cases, items can get lost going internationally which is beyond our control. We cannot control shipping once a package is out of our hands and shipped out. If there is any problem with the package in transit,Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work out a solution for you.

Do you make everything yourself?

Yes, indeed! I take care of every aspect of this store all by myself. From designing each unique product, to carefully selecting materials, and handcrafting every piece of jewelry; from shooting for print and video, to designing the website and planning content; from managing social media, to packaging and providing exceptional customer service; and then to packing orders and ensuring they are shipped smoothly. It’s a small but beautiful business that I run single-handedly. Fortunately, I have the support and company of all of you, and I sincerely thank each and every customer.

Will my item look exactly like the one in the photo?

Each individual is made to order and crafted especially for you. Due to the hand-made nature of these pieces no two will look exactly alike. There may also be minor imperfections that come with being crafted by hand.
